Dashboard
The Dashboard gives each signed-in user the quickest view of their Roster activity and operational health.
The visible dashboard depends on role.
Admin and Project Owner View
Section titled “Admin and Project Owner View”Admins and project owners see aggregate platform metrics:
| KPI | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Resolve request count | Total recorded resolve requests in the deployment scope visible to the dashboard. |
| Resolution rate | Successful completed requests divided by completed requests for the selected trend range. |
| Projects | Count of projects represented in dashboard data. |
| Participants | Count of participants represented in dashboard data. |
The trend widgets support these ranges:
- Last 7 days
- Last 30 days
- Last 3 months
The Resolve request trend chart shows request volume by period. The Resolution rate trend chart shows the rate of successful completed requests. Both widgets share the selected range.
Top Categories
Section titled “Top Categories”Top Resolve Request Categories lists up to 20 labels with:
- request volume
- resolution rate
Use this panel to find high-volume routing categories and labels with weak resolution quality.
Member View
Section titled “Member View”Members who do not have dashboard administration access see a personal activity dashboard:
- Projects visible to the member
- Participants visible to the member
- Labels visible to the member
- Recent resolve requests
- Active or upcoming delegations
The recent resolve request list opens Resolve Requests. The active delegation list opens Delegations.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”If the dashboard appears sparse, confirm the signed-in identity has the expected role and project access. Members see only their own accessible activity, while admins see the broadest operational view.
