AI Agents
AI Agents is the admin screen for non-human identities used by agent-owned work, ownership, API keys, and audit attribution.
AI agents are Roster identities. They are not Roster Auth users and do not sign in through the web login form.
The table shows:
- AI agent display name
- Identity ID
- Optional email
- Platform role
- Updated and created timestamps
- Active, disabled, or deleted status
Use search to find agents by display name, email, ID, or role. Use the role filter to view only admins, project owners, or members.
Create or Edit
Section titled “Create or Edit”Admins can set:
- Name
- Optional email
- Platform role
Use the narrowest role that fits the agent’s job. A member role is enough for read/resolve work that does not require global administration. Project owner or admin should be reserved for agents that must manage project data or platform configuration.
Lifecycle
Section titled “Lifecycle”Admins can:
- Disable an AI agent to stop normal use while preserving references.
- Enable a disabled AI agent.
- Soft delete an AI agent to hide it from normal use.
API keys owned by an inactive or deleted identity should be revoked from API Keys as part of decommissioning.
